What makes it a Persian crypto wallet
Persian is the language Waletifi was first written in, and it is still the reference edition. Menus, errors, the send and receive screens and the security warnings are all in Farsi, and the whole layout is mirrored for right-to-left reading.
When you choose Persian, the app starts with Persian digits (۰۱۲۳۴۵۶۷۸۹) so amounts, dates and addresses read the way you write them.
Toman, the Shamsi calendar and your choice of digits
In Iran the app defaults to the Shamsi (Solar Hijri) calendar and to Toman, with the exact crypto amount shown next to every Toman value. Toman amounts used for payments come from a signed quote that expires, never from a guess made on your phone.
Currency, calendar and digits are three separate settings under Me, then Region settings. You can keep Persian text with Gregorian dates or Latin digits, and the language switch will not change them behind your back.
USDT in Toman with P2P, where available
Where P2P is available, you can buy or sell USDT for Toman with other users through an on-chain escrow: the seller’s USDT is locked before you pay. Iranian bank rails are supported: card-to-card and Sheba transfers over Paya and Satna.
P2P needs an identity check with your national card, because the bank account you pay from must be in your name. The wallet itself needs no phone number, email or name.
Warnings you can actually read
Before you confirm a transfer, the review screen shows the network, the fee and any risk in plain Farsi: a look-alike address, a missing memo, or an @handle whose address has changed since last time. That is the point of a wallet in your own language.
Sending, receiving and USDT networks in Farsi
Hold USDT on Tron, TON, BNB Smart Chain and Ethereum, send to an @handle instead of a long address, and see the network fee before you confirm. Notifications arrive in the app’s language, so a payment alert is in Farsi as well.
Your recovery phrase is 24 standard words. Write them on paper, never photograph them, and never share them with anyone.
