Built on W5, with a standard recovery phrase
New wallets use the W5 contract (wallet v5r1), the current standard TON wallet. Your 24 words are the standard TON mnemonic, so you can also restore the same wallet in other standard TON wallets if you ever need to.
When you import an existing phrase, Waletifi checks the W5, V4R2 and V3R2 versions of your wallet and picks the one that has a balance or history, so you land on the wallet you actually used.
Memos for exchanges, @handles for people
Many exchanges ask for a memo (comment) when you deposit TON. Waletifi lets you add one, and warns you when a destination looks like it needs a memo and you left it empty. For friends and family, send to an @handle instead of a long address; if the address behind it has changed since your last transfer, you get a warning.
Staking and gift links
Where available in your country, you can stake TON from the app. You can also send TON or USDT on TON as a gift link: the recipient claims it with the link, even without the app.
