Before you start
You need an Android phone and, for the web panel, a computer with a modern browser. No identity verification is needed to sell or take payments, and a tax number is optional. Business features are switched on per country, so availability depends on your country.
Step 1
Install Waletifi and create or import a wallet
Install Waletifi on Android. Create a new wallet: write down the 24-word recovery phrase on paper, verify it, set a 6-digit PIN and, if you like, turn on fingerprint unlock. If you already have a 24-word phrase, import it instead. Your keys and phrase stay on your phone. Your shop is paid into this wallet.
Step 2
Become a seller in the app
Open the Raste tab and tap “Become a seller”, then “Sell on Raste” and “Create shop”. You can also get there from Pay › “For business” › “My shop”, or from Me › “My shop”. Add a cover photo, your shop name, a category, what you sell (products, digital goods or services), a short description and your city. Then fill in shipping and settlement. Shipping methods, windows, fees and any bond required are shown before you tap create.
- Your store country and currency come from the country chosen in the app.
- Your store’s public @handle is your wallet’s @handle.
- The shop works right away for invoices, the counter, the store page and the web panel. Appearing in the Raste listing follows a review of up to 2 business days.
Step 3
Set up your store
Go to “My shop” › “Shop tools” and work through the basics:
- Tax details (optional): tax number, legal name and, where available, “Prices include VAT”.
- Settlement: choose TON or USDT on the TON network. For USDT you accept a notice that its issuer can freeze it.
- Products: add them one by one, or use “Bulk import from CSV”. The web panel takes up to 100 rows per file.
- Public store page: open the Menu builder, arrange sections and pick “Menu and order” or “Menu only”.
- Pay link: create permanent links for a product or a fixed amount.
Step 4
Connect the merchant web panel
On your computer, open waletifi.com/merchant. It shows a QR that is valid for 2 minutes and refreshes itself. In the app, go to “My shop” › “Shop tools” › “Sign in to web panel” and scan the QR. The app shows the browser (for example Chrome · Windows), your store and how long the sign-in is valid. Tap “Approve sign-in” and confirm with your fingerprint or PIN.
There is no password, and you never type your recovery phrase. Your phone signs a proof with the store wallet’s key, and that key never leaves the phone. Only the store’s own payout wallet can approve a sign-in.
Step 5
Use the panel
The panel’s interface is currently in Persian. The app is in your language. Here is what it covers:
- Dashboard: today’s sales, invoice counts and open invoices, refreshed automatically
- Invoices: create from products or free lines, full-screen QR, cash sales, receipts and 58/80 mm slips
- Gold invoice for gold shops
- Products with photos and bulk CSV
- Menu builder, table QR sheet and QR menu poster
- Pay links, plus Reports with CSV exports
- Settings: store type, printer, theme, session and logout
Step 6
Keep your shop safe
A session ends after 2 hours idle or 12 hours at most. Log out with the logout button or under Settings when you leave a shared computer. In the app, “Connected sessions” lists each browser with its last activity, and you can tap “Sign out” on any of them. The panel cannot move funds, sign transactions, show your phrase, or change your payout wallet, settlement or tax settings. Those stay in the app. If your phone is lost, its sessions expire within 12 hours, and once you restore your wallet on a new phone you can sign out old sessions. Never share your 24 words with anyone.
