Ring up a sale
Pick items from your product list or type free-form lines, such as “2 × espresso” or “repair, labour”. An invoice can hold up to 50 items. Prices are in your store’s currency: dirhams, lira, rupees, manat, dram, afghani, riyals or toman, depending on where your store is set up.
A QR the customer can scan
The counter shows a full-screen QR for the customer. They can pay with the Waletifi app or with any TON wallet, either by scanning the QR or by entering the address, the exact amount and the memo. The screen updates live: as soon as the payment is seen, the invoice shows as paid.
The rate is locked while they pay
Each invoice is priced with a quote signed by the server, and every quote has an expiry. At the counter that window is short, so the price you show is the price they pay. If the customer takes too long, a fresh quote is issued. If no fresh signed rate is available, no invoice is created, so you never charge a stale price.
The app keeps track of every outcome:
- Paid
- Overpaid
- Underpaid
- Expired
- Late payment
Thermal receipts
Print a slip for 80 mm or 56/58 mm paper from the app’s print or share sheet, or from the browser’s print dialog in the web panel. Bluetooth, USB and network printers work through your system’s print dialog. The receipt lists the items and the payment network, and shows either the transaction hashes or “cash”. If you’ve added one, it also shows your VAT number. Its QR opens the record in the Waletifi app, and only the parties to the sale can look it up.
Cash sales in the same books
Not every customer pays in crypto. You can mark an open, underpaid or expired invoice as paid in cash, and undo that within 10 minutes if you tapped by mistake. Every mark is recorded. Cash invoices don’t need an exchange rate, and the receipt says “payment method: cash”. Your books keep cash and crypto apart, so the totals add up at the end of the day.
Close the day
Tap “Close day” in Books to get a PDF summary of the day’s sales, cash, crypto and receivables. It’s a sales summary, not a cash-drawer count. For a closer look, the web panel’s Reports page has date ranges and CSV exports.
