Invoice in your currency, paid in crypto

Add products from your catalogue or type your own lines, with up to 50 items per invoice. The total is in your store’s local currency. The server signs a quote that turns it into an exact crypto amount and gives it an expiry. The app shows a countdown, about 10 minutes for a regular invoice. If it runs out, a fresh quote is issued, so you’re never paid at an old rate.

You choose once whether your store is paid in TON or in USDT on the TON network. Before you pick USDT, the app asks you to accept that its issuer can freeze USDT.

Send it as a link or show it as a QR

Every invoice has its own link, waletifi.com/i/ plus an id, which you can send by chat or SMS. The customer opens it and pays with the Waletifi app or any TON wallet: scan the QR, or copy the address, the exact amount and the memo. The money goes on-chain straight to your wallet.

Clear statuses

Each invoice ends up as paid, overpaid, underpaid, expired or late payment. Partly paid invoices (underpaid, or expired with part received) count as receivables, valued at that invoice’s own signed rate. In the web panel you can copy a polite reminder to send to the customer.

PDF invoices and receipts

Download a PDF invoice and a PDF receipt for any sale from the app. The receipt lists the items, the payment network and the transaction hashes, or “cash” for cash sales. Its QR opens the record in the app for the people involved in the sale.

Books in the app

The Books screen sums up your sales, cash, crypto and receivables for today, this week or this month. “Close day” gives you a PDF of the day’s summary. You can also save the Books view as a PDF and export the sales ledger as a CSV file.

Reports in the web panel

On a computer, Reports covers today, this week, this month or a custom range of up to 366 days. You see totals, sales by asset and by product, till invoices, Raste orders and receivables. Export a sales CSV or a journal CSV, ready for your accounting vouchers. CSV files open in Excel or any spreadsheet program. You can also print the report, or save it as a PDF from the browser. More reports are on the way.

Questions and answers

Can I invoice customers who don’t use Waletifi?

Which currency are my books in?

Your store’s local currency, set from your country when the shop is created. Each crypto sale is valued at its own signed rate.

Does Waletifi file my taxes?
