About SpaceX and SPCX stock
SpaceX is a US space company that designs, builds and launches rockets and spacecraft, including the reusable Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets, the Dragon capsule and the Starship system. It also runs Starlink, a satellite internet service.
For years SpaceX was privately held. It listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange on 12 June 2026 under the ticker SPCX.
How to buy SpaceX stock (SPCX) with USDT
When the Stocks section is turned on in your country:
- Open the Stocks section and choose SpaceX (SPCX).
- Enter how much USDT you want to spend.
- Check the number of SPCX tokens, the conversion fee and the Ethereum network fee in ETH on the review screen.
- Confirm with your fingerprint or PIN; the transaction is signed on your phone.
- The tokens arrive in your own Ethereum address; you can sell them for USDT in the same section.
What you actually own
You own a token issued by a special-purpose company of a regulated issuer, backed 1:1 by SpaceX shares held with a US broker, plus a buffer. Its price follows the SPCX share.
It is not a SpaceX share: there are no voting rights and no direct ownership of the company, only a claim on the issuer. If dividends are ever paid, they are reinvested into the token’s price.
Costs
Each purchase or sale has a conversion fee and an Ethereum network fee paid in ETH. Both are shown on the review screen before you confirm, so you need a little ETH in your wallet as well as USDT.
Risks of tokenized SpaceX stock
A recently listed share can move sharply, and the token has its own extra risks:
- The issuer can pause transfers, block addresses and even remove tokens from an address.
- Redeeming directly with the issuer requires identity verification.
- Liquidity on the network is limited, so large trades can move the price.
- The US market is open 9:30 to 16:00 New York time on weekdays; on weekends and US holidays prices can gap.
- Fake SpaceX tokens were common long before the listing and look-alike contracts still circulate; only buy through the Stocks section in the app.
- The issuer may restrict addresses it associates with certain countries, including sanctioned countries such as Iran and Afghanistan; consider this like the other risks before buying.
