About Apple and AAPL stock
Apple is a US company that designs the iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch and AirPods, and runs services such as the App Store, iCloud, Apple Music and Apple Pay. A large part of its business comes from the iPhone and from these services.
Apple’s shares are listed on Nasdaq under the ticker AAPL.
How to buy Apple stock (AAPL) with USDT, step by step
Once the section is live in your country, buying works like this:
- Open the Stocks section and choose Apple (AAPL).
- Type the amount in USDT.
- Review the AAPL tokens you will receive, the conversion fee and the Ethereum network fee in ETH.
- Confirm with your fingerprint or PIN; signing happens on your phone.
- The tokens are held in your own Ethereum address, and you can sell them for USDT in the same section.
Token, not share: what you really hold
The Apple token is issued by a regulated issuer’s special-purpose company and backed 1:1 by Apple shares held with a US broker, plus a buffer. Its price follows the AAPL share price.
Holding it does not make you an Apple shareholder: there are no voting rights and no direct ownership of the company, only a claim on the issuer. Dividends are reinvested into the token’s price.
What it costs
Before you confirm, the review screen shows the conversion fee and the Ethereum network fee, which is paid in ETH. You need a little ETH in the same wallet to pay that network fee.
Risks to weigh
Apple’s share price moves with the market and with the company’s results. The token adds its own risks:
- The issuer can pause transfers, block addresses and remove tokens from an address.
- Redemption directly with the issuer requires identity verification.
- On-chain liquidity is limited, so big trades move the price.
- Outside US market hours (9:30 to 16:00 New York time, weekdays) and on US holidays the price can gap.
- Scammers create fake Apple tokens with look-alike contracts; buy only inside the app’s Stocks section.
- The issuer may restrict addresses it associates with certain countries, including sanctioned countries such as Iran and Afghanistan; consider this like the other risks before buying.
